Horton Law founder Scott Horton spoke in Saratoga Springs at the New York State Public Employer Relations Association’s 47th Annual Training Conference.

Scott co-presented on the topic “Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias: Current Trends and Legal Issues.” He was joined on the panel by Atlanta-based attorney Bonnie Levine of Verse Legal.

Horton explained, “This important topic is only beginning to come into focus for most New York workplaces. But there is little doubt it’s something employers will be addressing more and more head-on as time goes on.”
