New York Paid Family Leave Update:
Basic Requirements and Recent Developments
New York’s Paid Family Leave has been in place for five years now. Many companies are becoming familiar with its basic requirements. Others have not yet had any employees take time off under the law. This webinar will review the program generally and explain new changes that take effect in 2023.
By default, NY’s PFL is an employee-paid insurance program. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t significant administrative and practical burdens on employers. Make sure your business is in compliance whether employees are currently taking PFL leave or not.
In 2023, Paid Family Leave will be available in more situations, with greater monetary benefits, and at lower cost to employees. Find out more about these specific developments.
Who will benefit from this webinar:
- Business owners
- Managers and executives
- Human Resources, Employee & Labor Relations professionals
