Today, Scott Horton served as a speaker at the Organization of Public Employer Negotiators’ Training Conference.

Scott presented on the topic “Putting It All Out There: Navigating Employee Discipline in the Age of Social Media.”

The presentation included information related to employment discrimination laws, First Amendment rights, and collective bargaining agreement issues.
