On October 25, 2019, Scott P. Horton will be part of a panel discussion entitled “Collective Bargaining Trends/Issues: Tips for Getting Results at the Table.” The presentation in Buffalo is part of the annual training workshop presented by the Organization of Public Employer Negotiators (OPEN).
Scott has been a member of OPEN since 2005. He is also a member of the National and New York State level affiliates of the Public Employer Labor Relations Association and has presented at the state conference multiple times.
Scott represents public and private-sector employers before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. He also handles labor relations issues involving unions and day-to-day human resource compliance matters. He is currently the Chair of the Municipal and School Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
