On April 22, 2020, Scott Horton will serve on the faculty of the National Business Institute’s course on Human Resource Law Boot Camp. Originally scheduled to take place in Henrietta, New York, the seminar will now proceed as an audio webinar because of the coronavirus.
Scott will present the following topics:
- “Social Media Policies: Balancing Employer Needs and Employee Rights”
- “Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace: Marijuana and Other Considerations”
