What types of law do I practice?

I practice labor, employment, and school law. I spend a lot of time helping organizations with compliance and managing day-to-day people decisions. I also handle union disputes, employment discrimination complaints, and related litigation, including appeals.

Do I represent employees?

No. I focus on representing employers (sometimes including executives and individual managers) so that we can provide the best service possible to our clients. There are other lawyers who are experienced in representing employees. If you cannot find one on your own, then you may want to contact your local bar association.

Where do I work?

My office is in Orchard Park, just outside of Buffalo, New York, but I am licensed to practice throughout New York and serve clients in all corners of the state. I can also often assist New York businesses with employee issues in other parts of the country.
