In New York, significant developments are already in place. The statewide Paid Sick Leave Law is in effect, employers must provide separate paid vaccination leave, and now marijuana is legal!

At the federal level, the new Biden administration is eager to pursue more labor/employee-friendly policies in every area possible. The PRO Act would be a monumental shift in the balance between unions and business owners.
